Not 'hard'!!

Have bought this cheese a few times now and whilst it's not hard as described, or anything close to a substitute to a parmesan, it's perfectly tasty and great on a bowl of spag bol!

Shame, I couldn't taste this cheese after I'd grated it on my meals.

Tastes like cheese

I'm reviewing this after previously buying The Best version of this product, so it's not the same texture and flavour as the pricier option but for me it has the desired effect when adding to meals. Would buy again
