Cooking Guidelines
Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.

Remove all packaging. For even cooking, cut chicken pieces to a similar size. Heat 1 x 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add chicken and stir fry continuously.

disgusting
First time I've ordered it and it's like eating rubber. Absolutely disgusting. Also arrived leaking. Never again.
Great price and weight
I normally buy a whole chicken or thighs and skin and bone myself. But am really pleased with these strips, a great price and good quality in my opinion. This pack is ample for a family meal. I have done couple of stir fry’s and will try a curry next. This will be added to my favourites and my basket in future shops.
Great value
I cant fault this chicken. I use it for recipes where it would be diced or sliced mainly, but I actually find it seems better than buying full chicken breasts. No water comes out of it, unlike the big plump breasts you buy. Always a regular on my shopping now.
Terrible
Bought this as real good value for money, but a third of the pack was wasted cutting out the white sinew in every piece. Only managed to salvage two meals if that.
