Really nice favouring
I make my own ice cream with a can of coconut milk, sweetener and add this as a favouring, as i am a diabetic and It's absolutely lovely.

Fantastic!
I put this on product request a while back after buying it in store. So happy I can get it delivered- it's perfect for adding to any form of icing or buttercream (I use it to disguise the tartness of natural food colourings), though beware it adds a slightly dirty colour if you're decorating white. It would be delicious in sponges or fudge. I'm sure the possibilities are endless. I haven't yet baked with it but I would think it's stable if I wish to do so!

Works really well
Really nice in meringues and icing! Product unexpectedly good although in cakes you need quite a bit for a significant flavour.
