Storage and Usage
Cooking Guidelines
Do not reheat. Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
Rare: Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Medium: Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Well done: Fry for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference.
Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Morrisons just lost a customer
Rib eye steak. Less than a quarter of an inch think, pumped full of water. Just about a sandwich worth of the stuff. Don't they realise most of their customers are intelligent people and tell if something is a rip off. If I could I would give this minus 5 stars
Great
I order this every week. Im surprised by the other comments as I am never disappointed. Always receive a beautiful piece of rib eye, very flavoursome and tender with nice marbling of fat.
What happened to these?
These used to be acceptable quality, but they have been getting poorer and poorer. The last ones we were sent were weirdly loose - they barely held together when picked up as though they were half-digested already. They tasted as bad as they looked. I won't waste my money again.

rib eye for the last 2 weeks has been poor! it looks like rump steak labelled as rib eye ,it has no fat no marbling
