Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove all packaging. Cut into quarters and remove the middle stalk, cut into desired thickness. Wash thoroughly before use.; Hob - From Chilled. Place in a pan with sufficient water to cover, add lid. Bring to boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes, serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place 200g cabbage into a suitable non-metallic dish with 45ml of water, and cover. Cook on full power (Cat D/750W) for 6-7 minutes, serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Chilled. Place in a steamer over boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes, serve and enjoy.

Put it in a paper bag
Yes I know it's not good, but I don't want dirty and scuffed layers which are discarded, a bigger waste and the size is already pitiful. Online delivery

lovely! can be small though.
I really like putting a lot of salt on it and leaving it an hour, squeeze out the liquid to remove most of the salt, then put fresh lemon juice over it and leave another hour, bit of oil, tastes just like the kebab shop!

Buy this regularly to make a batch of sticky spiced red cabbage. Its stores well and its really tasty.
