Preparation and Usage
How to use
This pack will cover a 20cm (8 inch) round cake.
1. Place cake on a cake board.
For a sponge cake: cover with a thin layer of buttercream icing or jam.
For a fruit cake: cover with a thin layer of cooled boiled apricot jam.
For a marzipanned cake: slightly moisten the marzipan with cooled boiled water.
2. Remove all packaging and unroll the icing disc.
3. Peel off the plastic backing and lift the icing disc carefully over the cake, using the inner plastic tube for support.
4. Gently smooth over the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess icing with a sharp knife.

Waste of money
I bought two of those for a small cake, its really difficult to unroll it without breaking it - then once rolled and placed on top of the cake its impossible to work the icing sheet around the cake as it breaks everywhere. So i then placed the second icing sheet on top of the first one, and guess what?? Broke again

Great product
I do a lot of baking of birthday cakes and this sheet icing is just as good as any other iv'e used.
