Directions for use
To open: squeeze both finger pads and turn cap. Pour half a capful (20ml) and rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out.
Care instructions
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste including once before sleeping. Dentists recommend you change your toothbrush every three months and that interdental brushing and flossing should form a part of your daily oral care regime. Visit a dentist as often as they recommend. Mouthwash and a range of accessories can be used between brushings for a more complete oral care regime.

terrible taste

I found this mouthwash to be quite thick and doesent taste the best!
