Beware of this .
I was so disappointed in this , half of it is not a loin joint . I do not know what it is , felt very let down, will never buy again.
we love it
Marinated this joint in soy sauce garlic and honey and ginger. Scored the top and poured over the remaining sauce Cooked in the air fryer (roast) it came out lovely. I honestly cant fault this piece of meat
50% Water and tasteless!
As others have mentioned, the amount of water injected into this pork loin is a disgrace. I've had really good pork loin from Morrison's in the past but the most recent was awful. The roasting tin was literally full of water halfway through roasting. It wasn't meat juices or fat as it was tasteless.
Shocking
So much water added that the potatoes and veg put round joint were actually boiling not roasting. Had to remove joint, drain off water and return to a hot oven
Not a True Loin Joint
Foxes had 1/2 of our 'joint'. This was a mix of a loin meat and dark meat rolled together. Full of gristle and fat.
Brilliant for a mid week meal
Tasty and succulent piece of pork, and very very reasonably priced too, I can't fault this and would highly recommend it for the price.
