Preparation and Usage
100ml lukewarm water and your favourite toppings.
What you'll need:
100ml lukewarm water
A mixing bowl
A little flour for dusting
A rolling pin
A greased baking tray
Your favourite toppings
How to make the perfect pizza:
1. Set your oven to 220°/425°F/Gas Mark 7 and leave it to warm up.
2. Empty the pizza base mix into a large mixing bowl and slowly add the lukewarm, mixing until it forms a smooth dough.
3. Lightly dust your surface with flour and tip the dough onto it. Knead for five minutes until it's smooth and stretchy.
4. Now roll or stretch the dough to the size and thickness you want and place it on a greased baking tray. Leave it somewhere warm for about 15 minutes, until it's risen slightly.
5. Cover in your favourite toppings and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Then just slice, serve and enjoy.
Top tip:
For home-made garlic bread, try covering your pizza base in garlic butter instead of pizza toppings.

Easy to make and tastes great.
Weve recently got an outdoor pizza oven so are trying all the different pizza bases - ready made, make your own, roll & use and this one is easily the best. For a start, you can keep it in the cupboard and wont go off as fresh dough does. Its easy. Add 100ml warm water, mix, then knead for 10 minutes or so. No need to let it rise or anything, just roll it out as desired. We made up 2 packs, from the first pack we made 2 pizzas and from the second, we got a 3rd pizza and 6 dough balls and it tasted amazing. Will definitely be buying this again.
terrible
Followed the instructions to a tee - bland cardboard dough which went hard and didnt rise
Best pizza base around...
I love this mix. I add a good pinch of salt and Italian herbs to add a bit of flavour to the base. Once pressed into a 12inch pan, I then add the pizza sauce. Then I turn on the oven to 100 for 3 mins and leave it to rise as long as possible in the turned off, but still warm oven (usually a couple of hours). When ready, I cook it for five minutes at 200 just to set it (as it is really soft now). Then I let it cool a little before loading on the toppings and baking for 15 mins at 200. It gives a crusty base, no sogginess with a nice depth.... never fails! Even better prepared on the dough setting of a bread maker.
Amazing!
Bought this because of the reviews. I have never made anything like this before but it was so easy! Had to add quite a bit of flour as it was pretty wet despite adding the correct amount of water but it turned out so well! Definitely a regular buy for me now!
Average
Far too much mess and effort just to make a pizza with a dull pizza base.
favourite pizza mix base
Our family love this mix, the children enjoy making the dough. Often out of stock online though....
