Used this for a moussaka recipe and didn't notice much difference to using cheddar in the same recipe. Both were equally good but cheddar is way cheaper.
Possibly the worst parmesan I have ever eaten. There was almost an absence of flavour, the cheese felt sticky and plasticky. An absolute disappointment.
I have tried quite a few Parmesan cheeses all over the world including Italy. This is the one that comes about the nearest from Morrisons range. There are better but they do not sell them Tesco's do. But as it goes it has a lovely nutty smell and flavour which is most acceptable. Although this might not be to the liking of some people. Stick with it and you will appreciate the flavour. So please enjoy.
