I loved the design of this duvet cover so bought the king size set in store. When I got home and opened the packaging I discovered there were no pillow cases despite the packaging stating 2 pillow cases were included. I went back in to store to exchange it for one that did have pillow cases. I then washed the set and attempted to fit the duvet cover on my king size duvet, but it didn't fit!! It was a double sized duvet despite the packaging stating king size. Super annoyed. So I called up customer services and explained the situation. They have agreed I can go back in to store and get a new set. I will be checking the size of the duvet cover in store as well as ensuring there are pillow cases included. Lets hope it's correct 3rd time round.
