Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water (with a tablespoon of olive oil and salt if preferred). Bring the water back to the boil and simmer gently over a moderate heat. Remove from the saucepan and drain.

these used to be dry and twice as large.now theres a use by date,please stop manipulating users like apple its why i stopped the account last time

Gorgeous.

This is incredibly tasty. I make a carbonara with it and add some ham and chicken breast and all plates are cleared every time.

Beautiful pasta!

Not starchy at all, so easy to cook and soft to eat. Great with a vegetable pasta sauce and cheese! More than enough to feed a family of 4 too.
