Sour!
Even the smallest of drops makes this very sour. Unpleasant odour too. I appreciate these colours are natural but there's no point using it if the food becomes inedible. I've yet to try the gel version. This also only gets one star because I mixed it with blue to create a beautiful green. But the next day when it was time to dish up the cake the whole thing had turned blue. My theory is that the natural (albeit dull) winter sunlight had bleached the cake. Or perhaps they just aren't intended for mixing!
