Microwave - From Frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Cat E 850w 2 min 30 sec, Cat D 750w 3 min 30 sec
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Cook on full power for half the cooking time. Peel back film lid, stir, recover and then cook for the remainder of the time. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Warning
When removing cover after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.

as good as home cooked
Perfect at the side of a pie or pasty.Especially for a quick meal.Make sure you follow the correct cooking time for the wattage of microwave.

Proper Mushy Peas.
First time i have tried these and i think they taste like proper mushy peas used to taste not like the tinned luminous flavourless ones will be on my regular shopping list.

tried for first time..nice enough flavour, but very dry.wont buy again. put the rest in bin.horrible texture.

Great product.
At last, mushy peas with no food colouring added! These are very easy to prepare, just follow the instructions and you will be rewarded with superb quality mushy peas. No fuss or faff. If you can't eat them all they'll keep in the fridge for a couple of days.

Best ever and we heated in a saucepan.
We haven't had a microwave for years but it doesn't put me off purchasing microwave only items. Tried these for the first time this evening. Thawed them at room temperature for just long enough so I could ease them out of their containers and empty contents into a saucepan. Heated them up on the stove top and added a knob of butter and they were very tasty. Could have eaten the whole lot and nothing else but had to share them out. Going to be a very regular purchase from now on. Never purchasing tinned mushy peas again.
