Directions for use
Pads should be changed every 2-3 hours. If your nipples are sore, the pads should only be worn for short periods as constant use may delay healing. Do not flush, wrap securely and dispose of with normal household waste.

These dont absorb much and I would not feel confident wearing them out and about as they do leak. If they accidentally get folded around the edges which does happen, then you will find they can cause an unexpected leek at the fold. they definitely could not take a large let down but are safe to use in between feeds.
Lansinoh are the best but they are so much more money, I think these were better than boots own and a lot cheaper so Id recommend if you are on a budget getting these over others.
They bunch up, don't hold enough and have to change every 2 minutes.
they are fantastic though for not covering my little boy when I change him and don't want to be pee'd on if you catch my drift!
i bought these as a cheaper alternative but was really disappointed as I ended spending more money on laundry products to wash my clothes from all the leakages i had! these are smaller in size and probably ok if you want breast pads to wear for an hour or so, but anything more than that and the pads are full and you leak all over your clothes. id get more absorbancy from a sanitary towel. I wouldnt buy these again.
