Personal Preferences
This smoked salmon is a mild smoke, which is my preference, and it can be cut a little thick. To separate the slices, I take the fish out of the packet and turn it over, you can then usually see and separate each slice.

Poor standard. Waste of money.
Poor quality, thickish piece of smoked salmon from somewhere like the spine which couldn't be sliced, and the only attached pieces which were sliced seem to be left over from a better quality peice. It was like a frilly bit attached to a boney bit. Waste of money.

Poor quality
Firstly, none of the three packs I had delivered were sliced... they were hacked to pieces and could never be served to guests as sliced. Secondly, while there is a strong smokey flavour when opening the pack, the salmon itself, once in the mouth, is devoid of flavour. Utterly bland bits oof pinkish-orange slime. Shan't be buying this again and cannot recommend to others based on my experience.
