Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Pre-heat a little oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Remove from packaging and drain any excess liquid before cooking. Stir fry for 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.

S must have for me
This is the only squid I buy as you get the tenticles as well, I have a year old grandchild who loves squid especially the tenticles (you have to be so quick as the squid vanishes in no time flat. Also I can cut into rings or larger pieces

these are not rubbery and bland like farmed fish. they are good

Fantastic. My children like it a lot and it is their favourite food in the world.
