Coconut Curry Prawns
(Defrosted)I took the shells off the head and remove the unwanted sack, wash and soaked in lime juice, drain and season and kept in fridge overnight. I prepared a mixture With coconut milk, curry powder, jerk spices, and knorr stock cubes and simmer on low for about 40mins then pan fried the prawns about 5mins on each side and set aside. sauted in a little oil, chopped onions, spring onions, red yellow & green sweet peppers and fresh tomatoes and seasoned well and add to the reduced coconut mixture along with the prawns and simmer on low for another 10 minutes. as a Jamaican I added a slice of scotch bonnet pepper for that slight kick. (Coconut Curry Prawn )out of this world.
Poor Quality
I bought 3 packs of these prawns on offer and the quality was so poor, no taste, soft old tasteless bites. Not worth the money and wouldn't recommend
