Cooking Guidelines
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Medium heat
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Heat a frying pan on a high heat with a teaspoon of oil until it's searing hot, then reduce it to a medium heat and carefully place the steaks in the centre of the pan.
Rare: Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
Medium: Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Well done: Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Sear along the edges of the steak before taking it off the heat. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

morrisons steaks
I don't normally buy steaks online but reviews were good so gave them a try. Glad I did, they're nice and tender also value for money.
Pleasantly suprised
I was a little dubious about purchasing these thin steaks. I lightly rubbed with olive oil, seasoned and cooked them in my air fryer on the grill setting for 2 minutes each side and they were delicious. Will definitely be a regular buy.
Offer makes it good value for money
What I like about these, as a single person, even though you cannot see it from the picture they have used, is that there is a gap between the two steaks which is completely vacuum sealed so that if you peel the pack open from one end and remove one steak, you are left with the remaining steak airtight, preventing the otherwise inevitible spoiling of the remaining steak, and keeping it fresher longer without the need to freeze it. I have made several purchases of this item now and the quality has been consistently good. Not chewy. Not gristly. The even thickness of the steaks makes for easy and evenly balanced cooking too.
Lovely tender steak
These steaks were lovely - flavoursome and tender. They were cooked quickly in a hot pan and served with chips and mushy peas. Delicious!
bargain
Cooked fast in smoking griddle pan, as others have suggested. Soft and lean with good flavour. I did maybe more like 2 minutes each side, I preferred the taste and texture of the parts which were cooked through.
