Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Pre-heat oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place chicken breast fillets on a baking tray and cook for 35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Safety
Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

really nice chicken and good value for free range
Really good quality free range chicken for a good price. Probably not injected with sugar water like battery farmed chicken, which is why people are complaining that its more chewy

Normally good but
Arrived today in my delivery with a big hole in the packet. More care needs to be taken when packing bags for delivery.

Free Range Chicken Breast
Bought this product for years. Taste is always good and consistent. Texture is good and slightly firm as chicken should be. I have no idea why there are any bad reviews of this product. I feel the other reviews must be over cooking this meat to make it tough or they have only ever had processed meat in the past. This is just normal boring chicken breast, the same type you buy from any butchers. It looks like chicken, it cooks like chicken and it tastes like chicken. I would recommend it for chicken dishes.
