Boil in the Bag - From Chilled. Remove outer packaging and place unopened pouch or pouches in a saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer gently for 7 minutes (1 pouch) or 8 minutes (2 pouches). Gently shake the pouch or pouches before carefully cutting open with scissors.; Cooking Instructions - General. Discard any mussels that do not open on cooking.; Hob - From Chilled. Remove outer packaging and open pouch or pouches. Empty contents into saucepan. Cover and simmer gently over a moderate heat for 4 minutes (1 pouch) or 5 minutes (2 pouches). Stir occasionally.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w 2 min 30 sec, 800w 2 min 30 sec
Remove all packaging. Empty contents into a microwavable dish and cover with film. Heat on full power for 1 pouch 2 minutes 30 seconds. For 2 pouches 4 minutes (900w/800w). Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue heating. Allow to stand 1 minute before serving.
