Cooking tips
Pick leaves as you need them, don't cut them with scissors.
Tear leaves instead of chopping them - they'll look and taste better.
Rinse in cold water before use.
Add at the end of cooking for maximum flavour.
How to look after your herbs
When you get your plant home, remove the sleeve and place it on a saucer in a sunny spot away from draughts. To keep it healthy for longer, water the saucer not the plant, so it can suck up what it needs.

Not as was expected.
A very 'dry' mint. There are better varieties around that have more moisture and larger, luscious leaves that chop up with more flavor. Its easy to grow on, but as said very 'wiry' stalks and thin leaves.

Still Alive!
Glorious. Still living after almost 2 weeks. I repotted it and it lives on the windowsill with the Basil, Parsley and Dill and spring Onions. This Mint in particular is thriving
