Preparation and Usage
Recipe Inspiration
Stir a handful of finely chopped mint through quinoa and feta, and finish with a drizzle of lime juice and olive oil.
Cooking tips
Pick leaves as you need them, don't cut them with scissors. Tear leaves instead of chopping them - they'll look and taste better. Rinse in cold water before use. Add at the end of cooking for maximum flavour.
How to look after your herbs
When you get your plant home, remove the sleeve and place it on a saucer in a sunny spot away from draughts. To keep it healthy for longer, water the saucer not the plant, so it can suck up what it needs.

Died before use
It was a pitiful thing when it arrived, 3 lines of tiny leaves barely holding on, and died quicky as a whole, would rather buy the bag version.
Poor Quality arrived Limp and dying
Plant had been chopped to fit inside the box and soil was dry and therefore plant limp and dying watered but it still looked sad so refund requested and binned the plant.
flies
Bought two pots of this. Nothing wrong with the mint but within a few days I noticed a little swarm of black flies coming up from the plant and it's soil anytime I touched it. I know these to be fungus gnats. They live in the top level of the compost. I have no other plants in the house so these came in with the mint. Not something you want in your kitchen or around a culinary herb. Very disappointed. Plants now in garden.
Keeps on growing
I used it reppotted it, put it outside and keep watering it, had about 4 uses out of it now and it's still sprouting
lovely suff
very tasty
Not as was expected.
A very 'dry' mint. There are better varieties around that have more moisture and larger, luscious leaves that chop up with more flavor. Its easy to grow on, but as said very 'wiry' stalks and thin leaves.
