Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Not suitable for microwave cooking or cooking from frozen.
Remove from packaging and gently fry the meat in a tablespoon of oil over a medium heat until browned. Add your desired stock or sauce and vegetables. Cover and gently cook on a rolling simmer stirring occasionally for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy.

Great Value
Used in several pies and casseroles and has never let me down. Cooked long and slow this beef comes out melt in the mouth soft and full of flavour.

Stewing beef?
I bought this to make scouse as the weather is turning this weekend. Tough as a bisons backside! I have made scouse for over 40 years and this was the only uneatable one. Very, very disappointed.
