Remove outer packaging. Place pouch on a microwavable plate and pierce several times. Heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 5 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow product to stand for 1 minute. Take care when opening pack as product will be very hot. Remove product from pouch, stir sauce and serve.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6 35-40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place meat and sauce in an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven.

This is the not a good buy DO NOT buy this thing is is NOT worth any money I have bought pork ribs for over 60 years and these are the NOT GOOD value 50p at most Morrisons should be ashamed will think very hard before I use Morrisons cooked meat again.
