Microwave - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Remove all contents. Place contents into a non-metallic bowl. Cover and heat on full power for 40 seconds (Cat E/850W), 60 seconds (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
Tried this after seeing the review, it didn't disappoint, was lovely not very spicy, which I liked. Had it mixed with pasta, onions, tomatoes,peas and sweetcorn. Delicious, will buy again
No bones and exceptionally good when added part-way through microwaving the [Morrisons Savers Cheese & Tomato Pasta] ready meal. Fantastic lunch ready in under 10mins for £1.15+£0.85! Thank me later.
All good! Firm and tasty fish in a 'reasonable' spicy sauce. I'd like it much hotter (but that's just me) so I add loads of chilli vinegar. Brilliant in a sandwich or good in a salad. Healthy too. Great stuff.
Not a bad flavour, if you like curry, but the tin contains 2/3rds sauce, with few flakes of fish swimming in it. Should be 2/3rds the price to reflect this!
I've tried all the various mackerel fillets in sauces and these are my favorite - lovely spicy tomato sauce. Great on toast, in a sandwich or with a salad.
I really love these they are lovely mixed into some giant cous cous and salad. The sauce binds well to pasta or cous cous. Lovely and healthy and a great price! I think the sauce has a lovely flavour.
