10-12 min
Place pasta in a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water. Stir and return to the boil. Cook for 10 mins for 'al dente' or 12 mins for a softer texture. Drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe.

Excellent macaroni

This macaroni cooks easily without sticking together, and makes a perfect macaroni cheese. It is my teenage sons favourite pasta. Great value.

Excellent choice

I bought it last week to try the taste. Easy boiling - remain al dente. Perfect for Mac&Cheese. You need less than a pack for a round 11 inch pan. Now it has a place in my weekly basket.

Genuine Macaroni

In response to a previous reviewer, traditional Italian macaroni is straight and very thick, and takes a long time to cook, the curved variety is less traditional and more of an American thing. This Morrison's macaroni is very authentic and perfect for use in traditional Italian dishes, soups, and macaroni cheese. I just wish it was sold in a 1kg bag.
