When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w - 8 min 30 sec, 800w - 9 min
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, stir both sides and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir both sides and re-cover. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.

Liver and (bacon)
My husbands likes these. Good for the price and a quick meal. Varies on how much cabbage in the mash not much bacon. No bacon at all in the last one.

Pretty good.
Other cometator can't cook, know your appliances. It's as good as any other on the market, maybe slightly better. Don't know what they expected for the price.
