Nice fresh milk. Useful in an emergency situation. Only drawback is that they now come with a very dribbly top. You have to get it at just the right angle to avoid too much spillage.

Milk is Mlik

I was brought up on sterilised milk, and this is very nearly there. I find a lot of pasteurised semi skimmed milk tastes a bit powdery and lacks body, but this is nice and creamy with the bonus that it keeps for months without refrigeration. It makes beautiful custard, porridge, white sauces and milk puddings.

very useful

I always have some on the shelf. You wouldn't notice the difference between this and fresh milk if you weren't concentrating!

In an emergency, no need to break glass.

Keep some on standby and there will be no more cause for the Mrs to chuck the crockery when she can't have her tea after putting the kids to bed. Or is that just my house? )
