Barely any lemon flavour. Just sweet. also found it hard to snap the pots, not sure why these are designed so differently to other morrisons yoghurt/dessert pots.
These mousses are nice and fluffy, lemony but not tart. However, trying to snap off the individual pots is really difficult and the brittle plastic snaps off in sharp edges or splits the other pots while you do it.
Something's changed. We have this lemon mousse nearly every week and it was always tangy and a good quality mousse. Now, the taste is weaker and the mousse has lost its body. It's still £1 for 6 so I can only assume the ingredients have changed. I'd rather the price go up a little to get the old tangy lemon taste back, so come on Morrisons, bring back the lovely lemon mousse!
I expected a lemon flavour (they contain 5% lemon) but found almost none. In a blind tasting, I'd be surprised if people identified these as being lemon mousse. Pity, because the texture is just right.
