Cooking Instructions - General. Warning
Meat requires thorough cooking before consumption. Not suitable for microwave cooking from frozen. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use.
These instructions are a guide only. Cooking appliances vary. When cooking to medium ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Increase cooking time if you prefer well done.
Well done - extend cooking time cooked to preference.; Grill - From Chilled. Grill Medium - season and lightly oil steaks, place under a pre-heated medium grill and cook for 8-12 minutes turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry Medium - season the steaks, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Add steaks, reduce heat to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Terrible chops,fatty & badly preparedÂ

Look NOTHING like the picture
Really skinny chops with a very very high ratio of fat to meat. I would not buy these again. Additionally, I would like to point out that the worst quality chops were hidden under the packaging label.

Not good eating
I was not pleased with these lamb cutlets. I have never had lamb so sinewy. There were inedible strips of indigestible sinews so that the eatable lamb had to be cut up very small. I can only compare them with mutton rather than lamb.

lamb cutlets
On the day I received these lamb cutlets 12/1/17 I put them in the freezer. Today 19/1/17 I took them out of the freezer to defrost. When they were defrosted the smell of the meat was awful, disgusting smell. I threw them away. Very disappointed and will not be buying fresh meat online again.

tasty, succulent, tender lamb!
Beautiful lamb cutlets. We did ours over hot coals, crispy fat, pink meat. Will definitely be getting these again!
