Delicious
Absolutely delicious. Cooks in just a few minutes. Silky smooth. Tastes like restaurant pasta. So good it put me off buying dry pasta.
Very nice but ...
This really is nice pasta, however on a couple of occasions I've seen white furry mould and even green mould on the pasta in the bag before opening, it's always been within date and never frozen, so I always open a fresh bag and check it thoroughly before use. I wonder if it's going into the bag too wet during production.
Really good pasta!!
I normally just use the dried pasta but fancied something different from my normal spag bol, so made a carbonara from scratch, not made a carbonara before. I surpassed myself & the fresh pasta made it, what a difference to my normal dried stuff, I think I am converted, I don't want dried pasta anymore, 1 of my new faves, getting more this week
Simply the Best
I've always favoured tagliatelle for use in Spaghetti Bolognese, but have only used the dried variety because of its longer storage time. However, the other week I made a spag bol sauce from scratch using beef tomatoes and I thought it warranted decent pasta so I tried this. And how pleased I did. It is so, so different and retains its texture and doesn't go soft and slimy as the dried variety had a tendency to. Kept in a well re-sealed bag it has already lasted two weeks. Fine, when cooking for one.
Lovely pasta
I will never buy dried pasta again. Delicious. Even after being frozen.
