Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850W), 6 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Stand for 1 minute and cook for a further 6 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film lid and serve.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 7 min Cat D 750w 7 min 30 sec

not sure why the bad reviews?
Just ate this. I'm a fussy eater and hate biting down on gristle so I was wary of buying this. The recipe must have improved as mine was delicious. Reasonably priced for what you get.

Tasty
I have been buying these for years and never had one to complain about, perhaps the previous reviewer had a below standard one, in my opinion they are really good value especially when they are on offer.

poor poor quality
I have being buying these recently but not anymore. The price has doubled but the quality has halved. The meat is very dodgy with horrible grizzly bits. The supplier needs to improve their quality control. Due to this poor quality I suspect the meat is mechanically recovered which involves jet spraying the carcass and putting in all that scum and classing it as meat.
