Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Remove film lid. Cook on full power for a further 7 minutes (900w), 7 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min

Save your money sauce to sweet , everything else bland and tasteless ,chicken tough .
