Watery
Gone from a lovely sticky sauce that coats a stir fry to a watery puddle in the bottom of your bowl. Such a shame as was gorgeous.

It's changed.
Have been using this sauce for 2-3 years and it's been really good but now it seems thinner and does not "stay" with the stir fry but drains off.

Are these freezable?
Is this product freezable? No mention on the packaging - just "keep refrigerated". But why would it not be, as it is with any home-made sauce? If they are, I would definitely give it 5 stars and recommend to friends!

call this hoi sin sauce?
wish i read the reviews before i purchased this..... it is so watery it has no taste at all and like previous reviewer just leaves a puddle at the bottom of the bowl. very disappointing.
