possibly the norm for this type of bread
Tried this bread from flash sale. has a strange texture which I didn't enjoy.

decent protein bread
Decent tasting protein bread, it's cut very thin however that is the only downside

OK toasted. Dry & Chewy raw.
This bread is a bit dry & chewy raw. But I find it OK when toasted, with some margarine on. I buy it because I prefer the lower calorie/carbohydrate content & the lower price than the branded product.
