greek "style" cheese 4*, Feta 0*

if they'd called it Greek style cheese this would have been ok. As feta it is awful. Too sweet. too little or too much salt I can't tell (could be the sweet). Tastes like it was made from clotted cows cream not sheep's milk. None of that dry mouth feel. I'll bet this has too higher fat content. it says it's made from sheep and goats milk but was this made from dehydrated milk fat solids? wont be buying again.

Sharp and soft \- gorgeous

I like feta to crumble but not be dry and to have a sharp taste. This one is perfect for me - soft and sharp but not too salty. Highly recommended.

It is pasteurised, we checked with Morrisons

The label doesn't state whether if is pasteurised or not. Review below confidently says it is unpasteurised. I called Morrisons and they confirmed that it is pasteurised. They have had this enquiry before and the supplier confirmed it is pasteurised. Furthermore, the expiry date is several months. Raw unpasteurised cheese would never have such a long date on it.

lovely feta but not pasteurised

Its lovely feta unfortunately I cant eat it as its my made from pasteurised milk and Im pregnant. I would deffo buy again tho in future after the babys born

Lovely Feta but needs a bit of ripening

Reasonable quality Feta. The reason it's cheap is because it's not ripen enough so lacks some depth. It's still a good value for money.
