Preparation and Usage
Create your own deliciously rich festive chocolate cookies, just add oil and an egg
How to cook
You will need: 1 tbsp oil, 1 large egg. Cooking appliances vary.
These instructions are given as a guide.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4 14 min
Preheat your oven as shown. Empty the cookie mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add the oil and egg. Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon until they start to come together. Use your hands to form the ingredients into a dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 1 hour in the fridge. Roll the dough into 8 balls and place them on baking tray. Flatten each ball into a circle. Bake in the oven. Leave the cookies on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
To decorate, firstly cut out the template star from the packet, place the star on top of a cookie. Then place the icing sugar in a sieve and gently sprinkle over each cookie.
