I buy these sometimes. I slice up a banana and put the slices on top of the cereal. I like them better with a banana.

my breakfast staple
I have a bowl of these every morning with morrisons savers unsweetened soya milk and a banana and I love them-no horrible tiredness etc afterwards while you try to digest which is what I get with most mainstream and fancy cereals thank you morrisons and great value too!

Heavy, Thick and almost stale in texture with more of a bland cornflake taste
