Continue to cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency is reached. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cat E 850W 2 Mins 50 Secs, Cat D 750W 3 Mins 10 Secs
Add 40g of gluten free oats to 215ml of milk or water in a non-metallic bowl. Cook as guide, then stir and leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.
