Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Warning
Take care as the bag and product will become hot during cooking. Open pack carefully at tab.; Hob - From Chilled. Place unopened bag in a saucepan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 14-16 minutes. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place on a non-metallic plate and do not pierce pack. Cover and heat on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat E/850W-Cat D/750W). Stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute (Cat E/850W), 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.

I have eaten these fillets for over 15 years Perfect 1/2 mins in microwave Also freeze well

Good fish

Lovely tasting kippers. Plenty enough for two portions. I ignored the cooking instructions and simply grilled them for ten minutes. Yes, there are a few tiny hair-width bones but they're so small and insignificant you can just ignore them.

Excellent

Have bought these for the last three weeks and will continue to buy them weekly. Good taste. Split into two. Wrap in foil and put one lot in a plastic container in the fridge until the next day. Cook the other portion in the air fryer. Have with salad for a nourishing and tasty lunch.

Bad packaging

Something has changed about the packaging- three times in a row now the bag has split while boiling. Please look into this, Morrisons.
