Makes wonderful fat free mousse
love making my sugar free mousse with this as I'm diabetic. I dissolve a sachet of sugar free flavour jelly in half a pint of hot water and leave to cool for around 15 minutes. Add whole tub of fromage frais and whisk until all combined. Put in fridge to set and you end up with a delicious fat free and low natural sugar dessert that is delicious!

I use this as I am on slimming world.Really creamy and considering its low fat its really lovely-good best before dates too!
