Safety
Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat frying pan with 15ml of oil. Seal meat for 6 minutes. Transfer to oven dish, or casserole, add a stock or sauce and place on middle shelf for 30-40 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat frying pan with 15ml of oil. Seal meat in hot oil cooking for 6 minutes and serve immediately.

Very poor
Bad, by the time I’d trimmed fat and gristle off there was nothing left! Disgusting and bad value. Wouldn’t even give it to my cat.
Poor butchery
I bought a couple of packets when on a two for offer. The meat hadn't been diced properly with several strings of 5-6 chunks all interconnected with fat and or connective tissue. I probably spent 15 minutes trimming it and dicing. I put the turkey in a curry and it took 3-4 hours before it was tender.
waste of money
I was looking forward to this but on opening the back it honestly looked like it was made up of the cut off bits, just a pack of fatty lumps, bits of meat with the grisly bit through it, what I can only describe as artery tubes attached ..all very unpleasant & went straight into the bin!

went off before expiry, smelt awful. Also very fatty.
Surprisingly versatile and delicious
I bought two lots; I trimmed both packs of the obvious sinews etc. and I froze them separately in two different marinades: a teriyaki and a mediterranean. The teriyaki skewers on the griddle were divine and the second lot I roasted in the oven with rosemary and cubed potatoes. Really good results in both.
