Cooking Guidelines
Stir Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.

Remove all packaging. Heat 1 x 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add chicken and stir fry continuously.
Safety
Do not wash poultry before cooking. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.

Not great!
Found several bones within the chicken! Think its best to avoid this and opt for the breast to cut myself next time - wouldnt recommend unfortunately!

Vile- Zero star
Terrible quality, we picked almost all of it out of our meal. Full of blood, hard bits, fatty bits. Not sure how they can still be charging nearly 5 pounds for something that is so poor it needs binning.

Bones!
We have been buying Morrisons diced chicken for some time and I have to say weve not had any issues with it. Its always been fresh with no gristle like other reviews have stated. However we used it last night and there were a total of 4 bones in it. Not tiny bones either. On the pack it says may contain bones but weve never had this problem before. Luckily it was just myself and my husband eating it. Id hate to think if we were feeding it to small children! Its fair to say we wont be making this purchase again.
