Not nice
The first time I bought these we all enjoyed and I liked the slightly peppery flavour however had them for tea tonight and nearly broke my tooth on a large piece of bone. Won’t be buying again.

Poor substitute
These were a substitute for normal sausage rolls on my last shop. DD had requested them so I thought they would be ok. But she ate the pastry and left the sausage saying there was a lot of hard bits in. I tried one today and I see what she means. I know its not uncommon to get gristle in them, but there are a lot of large hard lumps, not just little bits. Will be binning them and won't accept in future.

fantastic value
tried these for the first time.. tasted awesome, i added a little salt and pepper and ketchup. what a comfort food...! this is going in my basket next time i visit...

sausage roll says what it is on the packet. I liked them. don't let the bad reviews put you off. try for yourself
