so delicious!

This was so lovely! I made it for a quick lunch with a packet of Tilda Kids' Sunshine Vegetable rice (the kids' packets are individual serving size, so better for a lunch for one person) and it really hit the spot. I know it's not that virtuous with all the creamy sauce, but it's still a nice way to get some veggies.

Savoy Cabbage ??

It was the whitest Savoy cabbage Ive ever had, more like a normal white cabbage and they only seemed to use the thick centre part of the leaf

Good quality cabbage in a lovely creamy sauce. Couldn't taste much onion but still really nice
