Place on an oiled baking sheet and drizzle whit a little olive oil. Roast uncovered at 200°C turning once for 10 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Add to pan with butter. Sauté for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Ambient. Place in a steamer over boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.

Super courgettes.

Lovely fresh and tasty courgettes (zucchini if you are from the US), they keep well and I use them in soups and stews (casseroles) or in a scouse.

rubbish shelf life

Every time I have ordered these they last only a few days before going mouldy. When I've got them from other supermarkets they last at least a week.

a bit old and tired

The courgettes I received were definitely at the end of their life. The skin was marked and the texture was not typical of a fresh courgette.
