Cooking Guidelines

Hob - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for oven or microwave cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Remove outer packaging and film lid. Pre-heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Pour tray with vegetables and chicken into the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Reduce the heat slightly and tear open the sauce sachet and add contents to the pan and mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add the noodles to the pan and mix well and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until well combined and heated through thoroughly. Ensure meal is piping hot and serve.
