Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place the fish in a suitable dish, sprinkle with lemon juice as required and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Typical times for 170g portion. Times may vary depending on size. Serve and enjoy.

Horrible
Large chunky cod but was red with horrid blood vessels running through it. Won't use it and won't buy again as it has put me off cod. Don't know if it was pongy as it would have made sick to open it.

great value
Lovely big pieces of fish. Smelt a bit fishy when I took it out of the packaging, but you often get that when fish is vacume packed. Delicious cooked with fresh lemon & parsley. Definitely a repeat purchase

What happened to quality control?
Regular purchase & at first had no issues. Last few times its been truly awful. Packaging was pierced upon delivery & ended up with smelly fish juices all in my fridge on one occasion. Which made me wonder why it smelt so very strong as its was very much in date still... Following this event my most recent purchase not only smelt awful when I opened it but also had a vast mass of grey sinew attached which was really odd. All the fish portions recently were flat and not thick and robust as a loin should be. Seems more like someone is getting fillet confused with loin at Morrisons? Fish never smells strong when it's at its best so clearly quality control is not of the highest standards at your fish counters. Definitely would not buy again.

We love this one… a mouth watering medley of Morrisons own chunky cod loin baked under a crispy balsamic crumb and served with roast new potato wedges and a garden fresh pea tartare. Finished with a handful of salty samphire. Fish, chips 'n' peas with a twist!
