Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times over both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 5 minutes (900w, 800w). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Partially peel back film lid over the mash and vegetables only, stir the compartment and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 4 minutes (900w), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir sauce before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900W 5 min, 800W 5 min 30 sec

Very Nice
I found this to be a delicious meal for one. Much better than expectwd, with plenty of parsley sauce. Would recommend.

surprisingly good
I was very impressed with this meal. The quantity isn't great but the quality and the taste make up for it. I will definitely buy this again.

Nice but small portions
The fish in sauce tasted nice. Unfortunately the carrots were spongy and peas dry after cooking. Potato portion was very small. Product Needs improvement. Had to add extra vegetables. Also too much plastic packaging for amount of food.

Very nice and tasty
Lovely meal was pleasantly surprised how nice it was, just added some butter to the mash. Plenty of parsley sauce on the fish. Will definitely buy again and get one fir my mom.
